Does Prevail offer 1099 recruiter roles?

Not yet. To start, we're W-2 with a base, full benefits, and commissions up to 50%, plus the highest Management Overrides and a 4-day workweek. It’s one of the most competitive W-2 packages in recruiting. A 1099 track is coming soon for those that don't want a base + benefits and even higher commissions.
